Personalized group FITness training for women over 40!

Fit over 40 group fitness sessions for women.

This program is for women 40+ who want to be STRONG and FIT, 

and who want to THRIVE during peri & post menopause

The program includes...

personalized coaching notes & suggestions

60 or 75 minute group coaching sessions

progressive overload strength training cycles

individual workout tracking sheets

weekly online workout check-ins

unlimited communication, including a group chat

being a part of an incredible & empowering community!


2026 PROGRAM DATES*


January 11th - January 30th (3 weeks) {FULL}


February 1st - April 10th (10 weeks) {FULL}


April 12th - June 26th (10 weeks) {FULL}

no sessions May 17th - 24th


July 5th - August 28th (8 weeks)

no sessions August long weekend


Fall program starts September 8th!


SESSION DAYS & TIMES*

Sundays: 4.15pm & 6.00pm

Mondays: 7.00am & Noon

Tuesdays: Noon, 4.15pm & 6.00pm

Thursdays: Noon, 4.15pm & 6.00pm

Fridays: 7.00am, 8.45am & (NEW from summer) Noon



Sessions are held in-person in Canmore
