Sundays: 4.15pm & 6.00pm
Mondays: 7.00am & Noon
Tuesdays: Noon, 4.15pm & 6.00pm
Thursdays: Noon, 4.15pm & 6.00pm
Fridays: 7.00am, 8.45am & (NEW from summer) Noon
Sessions are held in-person in Canmore
